They help overcome various eye-related problems and strengthen ocular muscles that may be caused by chronic mental and emotional tension.
These exercises improves intraocular pressure and relaxes nerves and muscles associated with eyes. Some of these eye yoga exercises are as simple as blinking, and yet so powerful.
